COE Research Day – Young Scholar Thesis Competition
From May 1st 2021 to Sep. 24th 2021
Qualifications:
(a) Associate Prof., Assist. Prof., Associate Research Fellow, Assist. Research Fellow, and Instructor of COE, NCKU
(b) Age Limit: under 42 years old
Review Method:
The applicants will be divided into 3 Professional Categories, i.e., mechanical engineering, chemical-materials engineering, and civil-environmental engineering.
The review includes 3 phases.
Phase 1: Document Review (40%)
Phase 2: Oral Presentation (40%)
Phase 3: Poster Presentation (20%)
Phase 2 and Phase 3 will both be held at 1st floor of Dept. Mechanical Engineering, NCKU on Sep. 24th 2021.
Prizes:
The quota of award recipients in each category is set as follows:
1 Gold Award: NTD$30,000
1 Silver Award: NTD$20,000
1 Bronze Award: NTD$10,000
Several merit awards: NTD$5,000 each
